Welcome to “Not Just Another Day in Paradise,” an evocative and vibrant exhibition hosted at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center. This showcase features an eclectic grouping of works by the talented artists from Southwest Florida’s award-winning tattoo shop, Paradise Tattoo.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian in 2022, Paradise Tattoo faced a devastating blow, losing their cherished shop to the storm. Yet, through resilience and an unwavering passion for their craft, these artists have not only recovered but have emerged stronger, their creative spirits rejuvenated.

“Not Just Another Day in Paradise” is a testament to their journey, resilience, and the rebirth of their artistic endeavors. This exhibition invites you to experience the unique and diverse perspectives of five remarkable local female artists. Each piece reflects a narrative of survival, renewal, and the enduring power of art to heal and inspire.
