Wine & Paint Night with Featured Artist Marvin Rouse
Join us for an inspiring evening of creativity and self-expression, led by featured artist Marvin Rouse, whose work is on display at the Grand Atrium throughout March. This unique Wine & Paint Night invites you to explore your artistic instincts, working from imagination rather than instruction.
Marvin Rouse will guide participants in using a thoughtfully selected color palette of 3-4 colors, providing a shared starting point. However, rather than replicating the same image, each artist will create something entirely their own—allowing intuition, emotion, and inspiration to shape the canvas.
Much like life, we all begin with a blank slate. The colors we’re given are the same, but how we choose to use them is personal. With no right or wrong approach, every brushstroke becomes an individual expression of creativity. As the evening unfolds, you’ll see how choices shape your artwork, and perhaps even gain a new perspective—reflecting on what you might have done differently or appreciating the beauty of your unique journey.
Sip, paint, and let your imagination guide you in this one-of-a-kind artistic experience!
Wine & Paint Wednesdays occur every third Wednesday, is led by some of the area’s most entertaining, talented and enthusiastic painters, and offers budding painters a chance to gather with friends to create their own masterpieces. Classes will take place from 6:30 pm- 8:30pm inside of the Art Center. Tickets for the class are $45, includes a canvas and all necessary materials, and two glasses of wine.
